iCARE HBsAb (Hepatitis B Surface Antibody) Rapid Screen Test
Jal Medical is a renowned name among the leading manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers of the iCARE HBsAb (Hepatitis B Surface Antibody) Rapid Screen Test. Our product is a part of the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Rapid Screen Test Kit category.
The iCARE One Step HBsAb Test employs the “sandwich principle,” a solid phase colloidal gold-enhanced immunoassay technique designed for the detection of HBsAb in human whole blood, serum, or plasma.
The nitrocellulose membrane in the test region is coated with HBsAg, while the control region features an anti-HBsAg antibody. During the test, the specimen reacts with the colored conjugate (HBsAg colloid gold conjugate), and this mixture migrates chromatographically on the membrane by capillary action.
A positive HBsAb specimen results in a distinct color band in the test region, indicating the specific antibody-HBsAg complex. The absence of this colored band suggests a negative result. Regardless of the test outcome, a colored band appears in the control region as a procedural control.
